Falls Auto Body was founded by Greg Willis and has provided auto services and repairs since 1986. Falls Auto Body’s team has continued to serve our community and grown to have a fully staffed location in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio. Our success comes from our staff, and our highly skilled technicians having the ability and training to get your vehicle done right the first time.
Today, Jon Gazdacko, former General Manager, has taken over ownership of Falls Auto Body after Greg Willis announced his retirement. Greg WIllis continues to act as an advisor to the company.
Jon Gazdacko has been in the automotive industry for 25 years, and he has spent over 18 years with Falls Auto Body.
Jon was a Certified I-Car Automotive Refinisher, and he has participated in PPG MVP Greenbelt Training.
Jon is very committed to supporting the Cuyahoga Falls community. Falls Auto Body sponsors many high school activities, as well as the Riverfront Car Show in Cuyahoga Falls that runs from Memorial Day through Labor Day every summer.
Dan Golias is the General Manager of Falls Auto Body, where he manages the day-to-day operations of the shop. He has been with Falls Auto Body for over 10 years.
Dan has been through several PPG MVP Business Development Series Training Courses, including “Leading Change,” “Paint Shop Throughput,” and “Advanced Collision Estimating.”
Scott Vierheller is the Assistant Manager at Falls Auto Body.
He has been at Falls Auto Body since May, 2011. Scott has over 20 years experience in the automotive and restoration field. Scott has handled thousands of auto insurance claims during his career. In addition, Scott has received training from Masters School of Management, AMI Advance Estimating, and has his I-Car Certification. Scott’s extensive automotive and insurance knowledge makes him valuable to both the company and the customer.
Sami Miller is a graduate of Lake High School and has been with Falls Auto Body since January, 2015.
Sami is our receptionist, customer service liaison, and she does the majority of data entry for Falls Auto Body. She is the first person that customers come in contact with at Falls Auto Body.
Jim Jackson has been in the Collision Repair business for over 30 years, where he began his career as a Detailer.
Jim became a Body Tech and Painter, and then moved up the ranks to Assistant Manager, Estimator, and Manager. He also owned a body shop at one time.
Jim has worked at both small shops and car dealerships.
Jim is certified in PPG, R-M, Glasurit Paint, and Glasurit Spot Refinishing.
Jim also has his I-Car, ASE, and Chief Frame Certifications.
Debbie Rich is a graduate of Tallmadge High School and the University of Akron, where she earned her Bachelor’s Degree. In addition, she is a Notary Public for the State of Ohio.
Debbie has been with Falls Auto Body since October 2011.
Debbie is responsible for Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Payroll Administration, and Customer Service.
Jim Gazdacko is the Parts Manager at Falls Auto Body. Jim has 21 years experience with both parts and service in the auto industry. Jim enjoys cars as a hobby, as well as working with them at his job.
Greg founded and managed two successful businesses over the past three decades: Falls Auto Body and Gearheads Auto Service. Through his leadership, Greg carved out the directions that led to Falls Auto Body’s and Gearhead’s achievements. Today, he acts as an advisor to the business.
Robin Willis was the company’s Treasurer, along with her husband Greg Willis. She now is an advisor.
